Every client is assigned a Client Care Manager. Our CCM’s don’t sit in some office somewhere, they have been caregivers themselves. They have elevated in position to serve as a point person and coordinator for your loved one’s overall care. They build a team of hand-picked caregivers to provide great service to your loved one. When (not if) a caregiver gets sick or has a family emergency, your Client Care Manager steps in at a moments notice to be there to cover the shift. We will be there when we say we will! We’ve been delivering consistent and dependable quality care for 10 years.

The Client Care Manager Experience

Initial Call

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are here for you. Once you make an initial call or email to our office, we will contact you back immediately and work on a convenient time for our team to come meet your loved one for an assessment.

Intake

After agreeing upon a good day/time for our team to conduct the Intake, you will meet your Client Care Manager. This individual is your point of contact during all our services. You will have their direct cell number to contact at any time.

Introduction

Your Client Care Manager gets to know your loved one and develops a care plan and matches specific caregivers that would be a good fit in the role. The Client Care Manager will introduce each caregiver and supervise all necessary skillset trainings required.

Intentional Communications

We strive to make your experience exceptional. Your Client Care Manager will regularly conduct visits and communications through our family room portal to ensure our services and caregivers are being effective in their role. This added supervision layer is included in your service rate.
