It’s easy to get started!

We make it easy for you to get started with home care.

1. To get started, please call us at 517.201.5222 OR visit our contact page.

2. Your Client Care Manager (CCM) will call you to arrange a meeting time that is convenient for you.

3. At the intake meeting, we will go over the Service Agreement. This agreement outlines the details of the services you would like.

4. On the day that care starts, your Client Care Manager will be there to introduce the Caregiver and answer questions so that the client and caregiver are set up for success.

5. After the first visit, your Client Care Manager is available anytime and will work closely with you to personalize your home care experience.
